At Shicuki, all bookings are final. Please review the following policies before scheduling a session:

• No Refunds & Cancellations: Once a session is booked, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you must inform us at least 6 hours before the session start time. Requests made after this period will not be accommodated.

​

• No-Show Policy: If you do not join the session by the scheduled time (within a grace period of 15 minutes), it will be marked as a no-show and considered void. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
